We use your information to operate the platform — matching families with teachers, processing bookings, enabling messaging between people who share a lesson, and showing you relevant activity on your dashboard.
3. Children's Information
Where a parent manages a child's account, we limit what is publicly visible and only share a child's learning activity with their parent and the teachers actually teaching them. We do not display children's contact details publicly.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Limited information is shared between a student, their parent and their teacher only where a lesson connects them — for example, a teacher can see the name of a student they are booked to teach.
5. Messaging
In-platform messaging is only available between people connected through a real booking — a student and their teacher, or a parent and their child's teacher. Messages are not visible to other users.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures, including password hashing and role-based access controls, to protect your information from unauthorised access.
7. Your Choices
You can update your profile information, including your photo, at any time from your account settings. You may contact us to request that your account be deactivated.
